Because my bonnets are intimate hair care items, all sales are final once you've opened the packaging.
✨ Unopened Returns (14 Days)
Changed your mind? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if your bonnet is:
- Sealed in original packaging (unopened)
- Unused and unworn
You'll cover return shipping, and once I receive it, I will refund you within 5-7 business days.
🛠️ Something Wrong?
If your bonnet arrives damaged or faulty, contact me right away at bonnitasbonnets@gmail.com with photos. I will sort it out with a replacement or refund—and cover return shipping too!
📦 How to Return
Email me at bonnitasbonnets@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number. I will send you return instructions!
💫 The Fine Print
No exchanges: Want a different colour? Return your unopened bonnet for a refund and place a new order.
International orders: Customs duties and taxes can't be refunded.
Your rights: UK & EEA customers have 14 days to return unopened items. Once opened, hygiene laws mean we can't accept returns (except for faulty items). You always keep your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods!
