I pack and ship my handmade satin bonnets from the UK to customers across the UK and European Union.

• UK rate: £3.99 (free on orders over £80)
• EU rate: £15.00

 

Proof of Delivery

All orders are dispatched with tracked shipping and proof of postage. Once your carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

If you have not received your order but tracking shows it as delivered, we recommend:

• Checking with household members or neighbors
• Contacting your local delivery depot
• Reviewing any safe place instructions you may have provided

While I cannot offer refunds for orders showing proof of delivery, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

Standard shipping is available on all UK orders.

EU Shipping

Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

 

Important Information for EU Orders

Customs, Duties & Taxes: EU customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs fees charged by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, a refund will be issued for the item cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.Any return shipping fees or charges incurred may also be deducted from the refund.

Please ensure you are aware of your country’s import rules before placing an order.

Delivery Times: International shipping times vary by destination and are subject to customs processing in your country. All orders include tracking, so you can see where it is on its journey to you.

Customs Documentation: All international shipments include proper customs documentation. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
